Shipping & Policies
Please allow up 2-79 business days for your items to be made and shipped. Longer turnaround times may occur during sales, seasonal restocks and special events. We don't like waiting for stuff to arrive in the mail, so we'll always do our best to get your new treasures out to you as quickly as we can!
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $9.50 within Australia (or FREE shipping for orders over $100). All Wahboo items are delightfully wrapped, carefully boxed and sent via tracked mail. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched, using the email address you provided during payment.
All items are posted from Townsville, Queensland, Australia, using Australia Post. Please visit Australia Post's website for delivery time frames. Wahboo Designs cannot accept any responsibility for lost or damaged items in transit by Australia Post. But please contact us if your package has not arrived after the suggested postage times and we will do our best to help track it down.
Express Shipping is available within Australia for an additional fee ($12.50), please select this option when you check out. Please note, the purchase of Express Shipping does NOT mean your order will be made or processed any quicker.Ensure your name and postage details are correct at checkout, as this information will be used to dispatch your order. If your order is returned to Wahboo Designs due to incorrect information the customer provided, we are happy to resend your parcel, however, all postage costs (including the return fee) are the responsibility of the customer.
If you are a Townsville local and would like to avoid postage, you can pick up your products from any market we attend or the Renegade Handmade Shop. To do this, use the code LOCAL during checkout, then contact us via email on firstname.lastname@example.org to organise collection.

Returns and Exchanges
Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges or refunds if you change your mind. If there is a fault with your product, we will happily replace the item, including return postage. Please note that all pierced earrings are non-refundable for reasons of hygiene and safety, unless faulty.

We will never give out or sell any of your information to a third party, or record any transaction details. PayPal and AfterPay are the payment options offered and are secure and private.
